You’re inspired by the chance to transform our clients’ ways of doing business.

And you want to work for a company that is tackling environmental issues and social challenges.

So now all you have to do is find out if there’s a role that would suit you. With eight divisions across our business and all manner of roles and responsibilities, the chances are there’ll be a vacancy that’s got your name on it.

The four steps to applying

Step 1: Online application

If you have seen a post on our website or on an online job board, you can apply online. Your application will be stored on our applicant-tracking system which we use to manage our vacancies and keep in touch with all our candidates.

Step 2: Shortlisting

We review all the applications we receive against the job specification criteria. If your application hasn’t been successful, we will let you know. We will keep your details on file for 12 months for any future vacancies, unless you ask us not to.

Step 3: Interview

Depending on the role you have applied for, we might arrange a short telephone interview.
Alternatively, we might invite you for a face-to-face interview or online video meeting. We’ll let you know all the arrangements beforehand.

Step 4: Skills Assessments

Our policy is to include a skills-based assessment as part of the selection process. Depending on the role, this might involve technical tests, presentations or assessment centres. We’ll let you know what’s needed and any preparation you will need to do.

What to expect from an interview

We want you to get a feeling for what it’s like to work for us. So right from the moment you step through the door or turn on the video conference for an interview, we’ll give you the true Commercial experience. Dynamic, challenging and fun. We’re not here to catch you out, but to see if we make a perfect fit.
We want to get the best out of you, so our interviews will be relaxed and enjoyable. Your interview will probably include a skills assessment, just to check that you’re suited for the role. But we’ll give you all the information you need to prepare for it beforehand.
For most positions we’ll do two rounds of interviews. You’ll probably meet more senior managers on the second interview. But no matter how high up your interviewer might be, they’ll put you at your ease and make you feel at home.
